Gate Valves
The two sealing faces of a slab gate valve are perpendicular to the pipeline axis, its closing member is a single disc, valve equipped with a stretching mechanism. The gate valve is widely applicable for transmission pipeline system of natural gas 、oil products and chemical engineering. From the aspect of structure style, the through conduit gate valve can be divided into two types of valves with diversion holes and valves without any diversion hole.

The gate valve is widely applicable for transmission pipeline system of natural gas 、oil products and chemical engineering. The valve obturator have two parts, the seal surface are parallel each other, and with wedge-shape joint surface. The obturator parts are separated from each other, it can ensure the sealing performance even when the temperature changes caused by deformation, and can avoid leaving the gate due to heat expansion choked open. At sealing surface using hard alloy material of corrosion and wearing resistance, so it can ensure the sealing performance and extend the service life. Fully enclosed structure design, keep the valve fine protection, can be used at all weather.
A certain angle is formed between the two sealing faces of the single-disc or double-discs wedge gate valve and perpendicular to the pipeline axis. It is mainly used for switching on or off the medium within pipelines, that is, it is used in a full open or close manner. The gate valve is widely applicable for oil industry, chemical industry, and power station.
The pressure seal valves are designed in accordance with API600 and ASME B16.34 for service of high temperature and high pressure and are widely used in fossil fuel power plant. Compared with bolted bonnet joint valves, it provides absolute reliable sealing of the bonnet joint, so that the pressure seal valves are more compact and rigid as well as maintenance cost-effective at high temperature and high pressure service. This kind of gate valve is not only characterized as simple structure and reliable usage, but also able to create slight flexible deformation to compensate the deviation of the sealing face angle generated during processing, thus improving the process performance. In addition, at seat and gate disc seal surface are over-lay with iron-base alloy or Co-base alloy or carbide alloy for long duration.
We currently can produce cryogenic gate valves for working temperature down to -196℃ which are widely used in LNG、LPG、air separation and other low temperature industry. Wuzhou in-house computer controlled test facility can certify valves up to32”.
