Globe Valves
Being equipped with three opening ways and two seats, it is mainly used to change the medium flowing direction and distribute the medium.
The valves are widely used in chemical fertilizer, mining, metallurgy, aluminum oxide and other industries.
The inlet and outlet passageways of the angle pattern control valve are not in the same direction but forming a 90° angle. This kind of control valve can allow the medium flowing through the valve to change its flowing direction. The two openings for medium flowing in and out are in the same direction, forming an angle of 180°. In addition, at seat and disc seal surface are over-lay with iron-base alloy or Co-base alloy or carbide alloy for long duration. For large size valves will be designed with main disc and vice disc type, and medium flow from up disc to down disc, that the operation torque will be greatly decreased and the seat tightness performance are more reliable.
We currently can produce cryogenic globe valves for working temperature down to -196℃ which are widely used in LNG、LPG、air separation and other low temperature industry. Wuzhou in-house computer controlled test facility can certify valves up to24”.
